Plain-English guide · Stamina & sexual health
Different questions.
Different evidence.

Sexual desire, erections and exercise endurance are not interchangeable.
This page does not recommend a peptide, injection or spray for sexual health or stamina. A catalog listing does not establish a health benefit.
Sexual desire
Libido means interest in sex. Desire can be affected by relationships, stress, medicines and health conditions. The cause matters when considering help.
Erections
Erectile dysfunction means difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex. It is a different question from low desire, though the two can occur together.
Stamina
People use this word to mean different things: exercise endurance, energy or sexual performance. Be specific about the outcome before interpreting a study. A result about one outcome does not establish a result about another.
What counts as relevant evidence?
Check what was studied, in whom, in which form and by which route. Research on a different formulation, a laboratory model or a different outcome does not establish a benefit for a catalog vial or spray.
Concerned about a change?
If changes in desire, erections or energy worry you, speak with a licensed health professional. Medical assessment can help identify possible causes. Do not choose a research product as a substitute for that assessment.
